Introducing i5
i5 Consulting brings together some of Queensland’s most accomplished creative professionals to form a unique ‘full-service’ bureau focussed on large-scale interpretive projects. The consortium is an initiative of highly respected firm Fulton Trotter Architects who have augmented their talented in-house team with the specialist skills of interpretive project expert Dr. David Pyle, curator and content developer Frank Chalmers, and interior/exhibition designer Sandy Rodgers.
The team are highly experienced and enthusiastic about cultural projects, particularly exhibition, museum and gallery design and implementation. We have collaborated jointly and severally on many significant interpretive projects throughout Queensland over the past decade. Our comprehensive one-stop approach has delivered successful outcomes on such award-winning, diverse projects as the Hinkler Hall of Aviation (Bundaberg), Old Government House (Brisbane), Qantas Founders Outback Museum (Longreach) and Dogwood Crossing @ Miles. We enjoy a proven track record of creating best-practice, cost-effective interpretive facilities and exhibits, on-time and on (or even below) budget – bringing passion, diligence and commitment to every project we undertake.
We take great pride in our unique ability to guide a project through all facets of its development from original concept to ribbon-cutting ‘photo opportunity’. We are delighted to discover new projects as it is an opportunity to create a truly integrated, master-planned, interpretive experience that tells engaging stories about the region, its environment, and its people.
